We’ll focus on designing a vision that excites you, how to put color & excitement into your life, then we’ll learn how to make it stay that way. Session 1: January 7, 2019 +

Design your vision.  How do you want your life to look next month, next year or three years from now?  Let’s talk about what excites you and how to incorporate more of it into your life.

Session 2: January 14, 2019 +

Now that you have your vision let’s put is on and get comfortable with it.  Step into it  - believe in it.  Knowing what we can do gives us so much more power that focusing on what we can’t do!

Session 3: January 21, 2019 +

We have control over our lives but have to take it.  Don’t let life sweep us away.  Give yourself permission.  Change can be a bit scary so let’s talk about fear and how it holds us back.

Session 4: February 7, 2019 +

How do we add color to our life?  We’ll talk about:

  • Our wardrobe, our surroundings, color therapy
  • Language – how we talk to ourselves and others
  • Wellbeing – taking care of ourselves
  • Our passions: Travel, Love, spending time with others
  • Schedule time for passions

We’re headed to part 2 of adding color to our life & how has that affected us over the last few weeks? 

Session 6: February 28, 2019 +

Check in on our vision.  How are you feeling? What insights do you have and what’s holding you back and action plans?

Session 7: March 7, 2019 +

Accountability and Obstacles – what fears do you have and how do you deal with them?  We tend to sabotage ourselves or let things get in the way of our vision.  You’re not alone – all of us do it so let’s support each other.

Session 8: March 14, 2019 +

How does it feel to live life in Color?  Let’s celebrate and enjoy the success and vibrancy!
